We will dispatch all custom orders within 21 days of receipt of order, non-custom or standard orders will be shipped next working day. Your order will be sent 1st class signed for through Royal Mail and a tracking number will be provided to you which you can track at www.royalmail.com. If you are outside the UK you can track your item using your own country’s postal system once it has left the UK e.g. USPS for USA.
Please request a return authorisation before returning any items. Pre-built pedals are deemed to be ‘built to customer’s specifications’ and cannot be returned under Distance Selling Regulations.
In the event you have to send your pedal back for a repair or modification please e-mail us first to let us know and package the pedal up safely, we recommend tracked delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your pedal. Repairs will be completed and shipped within 72 hours of us receiving the pedal. You will be provided with a tracking number which you can track using www.royalmail.com
